As a Realtor in Burbank, Ca., I don’t get the opportunity to work with the same folks day after day. It isn’t like an office environment where people go to the same place and do the same job every time. A Realtor’s job is to put deals together with other Realtors from different offices. Now, don’t get me wrong, occasionally someone from my office might have a client that is interested in a property I have for sale, but it is not common. What this means is that each deal begins with a ‘conversation’ with the other agent. The conversation can be chatty and warm or short and cold.
I like to communicate, share options and try to make the deal work for both sides. This has been very effective so far. Teamwork and, the ultimate goal, satisfied buyers and sellers is what we all strive for.
